Hot Springs Dock Builders is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.
Ask who will handle the permit: on Lakes Hamilton and Catherine, Entergy must issue a permit before a new or changed dock goes in, and Lake Ouachita and Hot Springs Village have their own approvals. Ask for proof of insurance, references on your lake, and a written contract with the design, materials, flotation, timeline and warranty.
